    Question 2: What career are you talking about initially?
    Question 4: Should this say GCSE Dance? as it doesn't quite make sense. The others all seem like good questions though!

    Hi Kirsty. Good survey. I would maybe have a look at the ordering of questions- perhaps starting with thoughts on GCSE dance then career questions after? have a look at the wording of question 2- it may be should be Do you believe your child can achieve a career in performing arts? Other questions I feel you could add-
    How about a question about what benefits do they feel GCSE dance offers? or how they value it? alone and in comparison to other subjects?
